Hey, Basil is an AI-powered meal planning service that provides:

• Personalized weekly meal plans via SMS and web
• Automated grocery list generation
• Amazon Fresh integration for grocery ordering
• Daily cooking reminders and guidance
• Pantry and budget management

Consent to Receive SMS: By providing your phone number and checking the opt-in box, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from Hey, Basil.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your usage and preferences. You may receive approximately 1-5 messages per day, including:

• Weekly planning prompts (typically Sundays)
• Daily dinner reminders (typically 4 PM)
• Prep alerts (defrost, marinade reminders)
• Grocery list notifications
• Recipe swaps and confirmations

Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

Opt-Out: You can opt out at any time by texting STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. You will receive a confirmation message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS from Hey, Basil.

Opt-In: To re-subscribe, text START or UNSTOP.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during signup
• Maintain the security of your account
• Use Hey, Basil for personal meal planning only
• Not abuse or misuse the service
• Comply with all applicable laws

Free Trial: Your first week is free with no credit card required.

Subscription: $1.99/week, cancel anytime.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

Hey, Basil is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Recipe accuracy or nutritional information
• Amazon Fresh product availability or pricing
• Uninterrupted service availability
• That recipes will meet your expectations

Dietary & Allergy Disclaimer: While we strive for accuracy, always verify ingredients if you have severe allergies or medical dietary restrictions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Abuse of the service
• Non-payment of subscription fees

You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting support.
